Balance Your Root Chakra: Tips for Grounding and Stability

If you are feeling fear, anxiety and instability, you may have an unbalanced root chakra. Here are some simple ideas that I feel have really helped me.

Connect with earth. Walk in the grass (or anywhere outside) barefoot. Garden, sit against a tree and meditate or just breathe.

Visualize. Imagine roots extending down from the bottom of your spine. They connect with the core of the earth. While lying down, imagine Mother Earth holding you and just drop all your weight into the ground beneath you . Let it all go and relax into the earth.
