Gentle Yoga
At The Sacred Sloth, yoga isn’t about perfect poses or bending yourself into a pretzel. It’s about slowing down, softening, and meeting yourself exactly where you are. You don’t need a flexible body—just a willingness to breathe, move gently, and listen inward. Together, we’ll release the tightness that collects in our bodies, minds, and hearts, using mindful movement and breath to soothe the nervous system and invite ease.
Our classes are especially nurturing for anyone living with chronic pain, mild disabilities, or a busy, overworked body that craves rest. They’re also a beautiful complement for those who usually move fast and hard but want a place to pause—a quiet, calming reset once or twice a week.
Each session blends the wisdom of science, the soulfulness of spirituality, and the softness of the divine feminine, creating space for healing, grounding, and deep connection.

Reiki
Prana, chi, breath, life force — many names for the same sacred current moving quietly through us. It is so constant we often forget to notice it, yet it is the very rhythm of our aliveness. This breath, this flow, is the whisper of the nervous system and the pulse of vitality within.
Sometimes, though, our life force becomes tangled or heavy. We might feel drained, anxious, restless, or dulled in spirit. Reiki offers a gentle invitation back into balance. With presence and intention, Reiki nourishes the chakras — the luminous energy centers where nerves, vessels, and fascia converge, guiding the currents of life within.
Through this soft yet powerful practice, the flow of energy is unblocked and restored. Your inner rivers begin to move with ease again. Energy flows where intention rests — and with Reiki, your body, mind, and spirit are reminded of their natural harmony.

30-40 minutes gentle yoga, followed by 20 minute meditation, optional journaling time
